If I am not able to resolve your PC's issues, there is NO charge. Either you're satisfied, or you don't pay!
The next paragraph stood tall for many a year! I am leaving it to make a point; explanation below:
I have never "not" satisfied a customers' expectations, or not been able to resolve an issue. I know I'll get stumped someday. To date however, I've been able to fulfill my customers' needs.
Had to happen eventually! I got stumped, did not resolve the issue I was called out for....so they got a free tune up!
Will supply references upon request; read the paragraph below explaining my situation.
Here's the deal folks; the services I offer, at the prices I charge, are the best deal you will find in town; PERIOD! I unfortunately cannot work full time, am on Social Security Disability, but that is not my long term plan; I want to get back to 9 to 5! By running a few computer calls, I maintain my skill-set; while at the same time avoid rotting my brain watching television all day and laying around getting fat. Let's face it; if you don't use it you lose it, and in the world of computers it does not take long to get left behind. I enjoy what I do, and with low overhead can afford to offer my services at such reduced rates. I look forward to working with all that decide to seize this opportunity.
Extensive experience in creating professional video files and DVD's.

I only check email a few times a day, a phone call is a sure fire way to reach me; it might take a time or two though. Also, it takes 30 minutes to an hour daily for me to keep up with voice-mail so I have chosen not to. I will no longer check voice-mail. You can always text me; and if you are in dire need of help; call back IMMEDIATELY, a few times; or text a 911. I had to "create" some time; thanks for understanding.
